This is a video I made for my sisters family for christams one year. The kids got to star in their own cartoon and keep the dvd. I also made them pillow case covers and tee shirts. It was a very good surprise (I believe). 

 

The cartoon it's self was compiled completely out of gif animations made in Adobe Photoshop then exported into  .Mov and then imported into Vegas Video. Each clip was about 6 seconds long and took at LEAST 5 minutes to make (thats if all the pictures were already created). I then recorded all the voices using Acid recording software, then placed them into Vegas. Then I added a music soundtrack to give it a more "tv episode" quality.  This process was a completely retarded way to make a cartoon. I later found that "Flash" animation would have worked so much better and I would have been able to use the same animations over and over (example someone walking) then I could have simply replaced the background.

 

Anyway this entire cartoon took well over 3 months to produce with my process. I estimated spending about 10-20 hours a week.

 

So at this time a sequel is NOT in the works =) Even though I would love to add Brooklyn to this show!
